We face urgent problems our leaders have neglected:
- Unlike other states, we have done almost nothing to regulate AI, data centers, addictive social media, or tech in schools
- Aurora Avenue, which is in our district, is the second-busiest child sex trafficking location in the country
- Our schools’ performance has slipped to 31st nationally
- Housing and childcare are extraordinarily expensive
- We’re dead last nationally in adding renewable energy
We need a legislator willing to fight for solutions to these issues. I have the experience to do so:
- I currently sue AI companies, and was the first candidate in the State prioritizing AI regulation earlier this year
- I’m a former federal prosecutor who prosecuted sex traffickers on Aurora, and have a plan to tackle sex trafficking
- I’m a former public school teacher, with an ironclad commitment to K-12 funding and improving outcomes
- I’ve been an environmental and clean energy lawyer with the expertise to accelerate climate solutions
- I’ve prosecuted Jan. 6 rioters and investigated officers for civil rights violations; that expertise will help in Olympia
